Anatomy assets used in this private website preview Open3DModel / AnatomyTOOL, by the Open3D project, Jan Kooloos (RadboudUMC), Eungyeol Lee (LUMC), and collaborating anatomy departments. Based on BodyParts3D (The Database Center for Life Science; Kousaku Okubo) and Z-Anatomy (Gauthier Kervyn et al.). Project: https://anatomytool.org/open3dmodel Source distribution: https://caskanatomy.info/open3dmodelfiles/ Source license statement: Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike. https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/ These regional GLB files are extracted from the existing AFE Open3D reference assets. Back and abdominal muscle groups include AFE's existing declared mirrored left reference instances. These are explicitly identified in provenance.json and are not independent left-side acquisitions. Arm and leg use original source-side geometry. Teaching overlays are excluded. Original surface topology, source texture mapping and embedded muscle fibre images are retained. Web delivery uses Meshopt compression with 16-bit position quantization, without mesh simplification. Unused geometry and textures are removed. Runtime presentation changes include studio lighting, display roughness, nerve color, translucent fascia, display normalization, camera framing, and separation of tissue groups. The animated needle is an independently authored schematic, not an Open3D asset. No patient anatomy, treatment coordinates, insertion depth or trajectory guidance is supplied. Original AFE source provenance and component-clearance limitations are retained in SOURCE-NOTES.txt. The source anatomy and clinical suitability are not independently reviewed. The site remains an design review website; this selection does not clear the models for a public clinical release. The anatomy derivatives are provided under CC BY-SA 4.0. Downloadable assets: arm.glb, back.glb, leg.glb, back-nerves.glb, abdomen.glb, ear.glb, provenance.json (relative to this file). Additional source: Z-Anatomy, Gauthier Kervyn and contributors, based on BodyParts3D. https://github.com/Z-Anatomy/Models-of-human-anatomy ยท CC BY-SA 4.0. Pinned AFE source commit: 3f4bbd72ef45ef61483e9b03650c6f8843a0a183. Ear surfaces and auditory anatomy are selected from the existing skin-regions and sense-organs references; the stomach is selected from the internal-organs reference. Original source positions are retained, without anatomical fitting or mesh simplification. Runtime colors are display choices. Detailed selected identities and source files are recorded in provenance.json. Revision nine: head.glb selects original Z-Anatomy head/neck muscles, cranial surfaces, cervical vertebrae and clavicles from AFE's pinned source. Arm now includes hand/wrist bones, muscles and nerves. trigger-muscle.glb is the original right infraspinatus with its source fibre texture. Runtime head-muscle colors are harmonized with the website palette while retaining light tendon portions. The separately authored surface highlight and point-marker overlays do not modify the source mesh topology. The original trigger-point catalogue references the five user-supplied course PDFs, including Triggerpunkt-Akupunktur / Trigger 4, Wolfgang Kohls (author), Thomas Weiberlenn (lecturer), Trigger & Kohls Verlag (2024). The two bibliography files contain no point diagrams. Source IDs 3, 4 and 5 correspond respectively to the 75-page fundamentals/back, 95-page abdomen/hip/thigh, and 66-page lower-leg/foot sets. The PDFs and their illustrations are not distributed. Anatomical names, deduplicated marker counts and page citations are indexed in trigger-points.json; 3D surface correspondences are independently authored schematic approximations, not clinical coordinates. Unlabelled overview matches are marked as inferred. No patient-case material, therapeutic trajectories or procedural needle dimensions are reproduced.
